Job summary

Swan Global on behalf of our client is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join their project team at Hamad International Airport (HIA) in Doha. Immediate joiners preferred; contract duration is 3 months, extendable.

The role requires hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling with proficiency in fire protection and plumbing systems, and skill in creating MEP families; 5+ years of experience preferred.

About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join their project team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in MEP modeling and be available to join immediately.

Position: MEP BIM Modeler

Location: Hamad International Airport (HIA)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

Work Schedule: 10 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM Modeling
• Proven proficiency in Fire Protection system modeling
• Strong expertise in Plumbing system modeling
• Demonstrated skill in MEP Family Creation
