Qualifications
- PhD in Nursing or related health field required or Master’s/Bachelor’s in Nursing with licensure eligibility.
- Minimum five years of clinical nursing practice and teaching experience.
- Experience in mental health nursing and behavioral health is preferred.
- Evidence of curriculum development and leadership in teaching.
- Proven ability to mentor students and apply innovative teaching methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver and evaluate nursing courses across programs.
- Teach theory, labs, simulation and clinical education in related areas.
- Liaise with industry, participate in advisory committees, and manage projects.
- Maintain accreditation documentation and contribute to curriculum improvement.
- Engage in scholarly activity and service within the University community.
