University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) invites applications for Nursing Faculty positions at the Assistant/ Associate Professor rank. Candidates should have broad nursing expertise with clinical or teaching experience in mental health nursing, with assets in addictions or behavioral health.

The role involves developing, delivering and evaluating nursing courses within the College of Health Sciences, including theory, lab, simulation and clinical education across programs.

Qualifications

• PhD in Nursing or related health field; Master’s/Bachelor in Nursing if PhD not in Nursing.
• RN licensure in home country and eligible for Qatar licensing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate nursing courses across departmental programs.
• Teach theory, lab, simulation and clinical education (med-surg, maternal-child, pediatrics, mental health, critical care).
• Evaluate student learning and progress; manage learning environment resources.
• Liaise with industry and other education institutions; participate in advisory committees.
• Maintain course portfolios for accreditation; contribute to curriculum development and scholarly activities.
