Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and pre-authorization requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate claims in line with hospital and payer procedures.
• Track claim status, investigate rejections, and support resubmissions and appeals.
• Maintain billing records and coordinate with patients, insurers, and hospital departments to resolve billing queries.
