Job summary

Swan Global in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead on-site activities, supervise the mechanical crew, and ensure timely, quality completion of field tasks.

You will enforce safety protocols, coordinate with other departments, and report progress to project management, with willingness to work 10 hours daily plus OT as required.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work 10 hours per day with additional OT as required.
