Job summary

PPL Dynamics in Doha, Qatar seeks a maintenance supervisor to organize and oversee CNG mechanical assets, coordinating the team to execute maintenance tasks safely, promptly, and cost-effectively per approved programs and standards.

The role requires engineering qualifications and 3–5 years in Oil and Gas; responsibilities include contractor management, budgets, reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or relevant).
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Oil and Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crew and organize maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance programs to ensure safety, cost-effectiveness and adherence to OEM recommendations and standards.
• Attend breakdowns promptly and provide technical support to the maintenance team.
• Produce management reports and contribute to continuous improvement within the maintenance function.
