Job summary

Emerson Photo indicates Senior Sales Engineer role in Doha focusing on Measurement Solutions growth across Qatar. You will drive projects from Concept Select through FEED and EPC execution, engaging end users, consultants, and EPCs to position Emerson as the preferred partner for modernization and capital projects.

Role requires deep knowledge of Measurement Solutions, strong relationship skills, and extensive experience in brownfield projects, with a focus on Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in instrumentation, electronics, automation, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years in project sales, BD, or project pursuit.
• Experience in Measurement Solutions, instrumentation, analyzers, flow, level, pressure, or automation.
• Proven experience engaging end users during Pre-FEED/FEED and EPC execution.
• Strong brownfield modernization and capital project execution knowledge in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial sectors.
• Strong CRM and business development skills.
• Experience with Qatar end users, consultants, and EPC contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify brownfield modernization opportunities and develop project pipelines.
• Engage end users and consultants to uncover opportunities before EPC engagement.
• Lead EPC engagement to protect specs and secure Measurement Solutions scope.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and strategic activities to secure awards.
• Develop and execute pursuit strategies to maximize win rates and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Lifecycle Services, and Product Specialists.
