Job summary

Emerson in Doha seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of MSS projects across the Middle East & Africa. You will own project management activities, coordinate with Sales, Operations, LBPs and COE, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

Strong leadership and English communication are essential. You will oversee technical and commercial communications, review contracts, and support commissioning and inspections while complying with Emerson standards and HSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project engineering/management.
• Knowledge of metering systems and industrial instrumentation preferred.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from order to close-out and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review contracts, costing, terms, and handover from Sales.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, LBPs, COE for execution.
• Manage technical and commercial communications with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to global engineering teams.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop schedules and implement corrective actions.
• Support vendor/subcontractor evaluation and performance.
• Review engineering deliverables and project docs.
• Coordinate inspections, FATs, and acceptance milestones.
• Assist commissioning during pre-commissioning and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with Trade, Quality, and HSE requirements.
