Qualifications

• 5 years’ direct experience oil and gas industry with purchasing / procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning of contract development, tendering, execution, and administration of material agreements.
• Maintain and tracking of objectives and KPIs to ensure operational requirements and objectives are met.
• Assist in preparation of section/ division annual objectives and KPIs with associated metrics.
• Support ITT process, evaluations, and contract awards to ensure controls and risk mitigation.
• Help ensure supplier material delivery meets availability metrics and contract terms.
• Support internal and external audits and peer reviews to address gaps and strengthen controls.
