Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct masons in the construction of walls, floors, and other structures according to blueprints and specifications
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
• Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Preferred:

• Indian nationality
• Previous experience working as a Mason Supervisor
• Proficiency in other languages such as Hindi or Arabic
