We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons on various construction projects. Your role will involve ensuring that all masonry work is done according to project plans and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of masons on construction sites
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project plans and specifications
• Monitor progress and quality of work, making necessary adjustments when neededTrain new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements
