Mason Supervisor

We are a construction company located in Doha, seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring the completion of various construction projects in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry work and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of masons
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met
• Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Ensure quality of work meets company standards
• Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team
• Order necessary materials and maintain inventory levels
• Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in masonry work
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
