Mason

We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, or concrete. This role requires proficiency in understanding blueprints and building codes, as well as the ability to use various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
• Construct or repair walls, floors, chimneys, arches, and other structures using brick, stone or concrete
• Lay out patterns or foundations using straight edges and string
• Mix materials such as cement and mortar
• Use various hand tools such as trowels, levels, chisels and hammers
• Cut or shape materials to specified sizes using saws or chisels
• Ensure that all structures are built according to building codes and safety regulations
• Repair any cracks or damages in existing structures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mason
• Ability to read blueprints and building plans
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
