Job summary

BlueHorizon in Al-Khor is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons and ensure timely, high-quality construction delivery on-site in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will train and mentor masons while coordinating with project managers to maintain workflow and safety standards.

The role requires proven masonry experience and team-leading capabilities. This contract position involves hands-on supervision at local sites with emphasis on quality control and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team of masons
• Strong knowledge of different types of masonry materials tools and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
• Valid visa sponsorship for working in Al-Khor
