Job summary

Al-Futtaim Marine in Doha, Qatar, seeks a driven Sales Executive - Marine to grow sales of marine engines by engaging boat builders, fishermen, retailers, and key accounts, delivering high customer satisfaction.

The role targets monthly revenue, expands dealer networks, and coordinates with logistics, service, parts, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in marine/automotive/technical sector.
• Knowledge of Qatar marine market and B2B/B2C sales processes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets.
• Identify new business opportunities with boat builders, fishermen, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with logistics, service, parts, finance, and marketing.
