Job summary

Pixel Innovations in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, develop and implement processes that boost productivity, quality and manufacturing efficiency. You will partner with production teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include time-and-motion studies, developing new processes, analyzing data for cost reductions, creating SOPs, training staff, and applying Six Sigma or Lean methods to enhance quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in process design, improvement and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement new processes and systems to increase efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as needed to meet targets.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
• Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
• Utilize Six Sigma techniques to improve quality control.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering.
