Job summary

EuroTech in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze and improve production processes, develop new workflows, and drive cost reductions across operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, has strong analytical skills, and is proficient in time study, process mapping, root cause analysis, and lean principles; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Salary is 1600 USD per month with no accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in time study methodology, process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and lean principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct time studies and create work standards to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and eliminate waste
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Train employees on new processes and provide ongoing support as needed
• Monitor process performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in production process and develop solutions to mitigate them
