Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
• Design layout of equipment and workspaces for maximum efficiency
• Develop process improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and streamline operations
• Analyze data and create reports on production performance, including budget adherence, quality control, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes
