Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise compliance-related matters across Qatar Airways Group to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on legal and compliance matters including sanctions, export control, anti-bribery and corruption, due diligence, competition, consumer rights, governance, and data protection
• Identify legal and compliance risks and recommend improvements and remediation plans for identified gaps
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, guidance, and training programs
• Provide advisory support to management and employees on compliance and regulatory obligations
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Draft, review, and update compliance-related documentation to ensure regulatory alignment
• Support governance initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the group compliance framework

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, regulatory legal, audit, or risk roles
• At least 5 years of experience in a large organization, regulatory authority, or in-house corporate environment
• Proven exposure to compliance risk management and third-party risk management including due diligence and sanctions

• In-depth knowledge of sanctions, export control, due diligence, governance, competition, and data protection
