Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required, with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of certifying experience including at least 4 years in MOCC operations.
• Type rating preferred on Gulfstream G650ER or Bombardier Global BD700 aircraft.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft technical defects across the QE fleet to improve dispatch reliability.
• Support 24x7 MOCC operations on a shift basis and report to the QE MOCC Lead Engineer.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and handover documentation to ensure continuity of information.
• Follow QE MOCC operational procedures and standards at all times.
• Communicate aircraft defects that may impact schedules to QE Senior Manager CAMO and agree on corrective actions.
• Analyze repetitive defects and propose technical solutions to improve fleet reliability.
• Coordinate with QE CAMO to adjust maintenance task frequencies for efficiency and cost improvement.
• Disseminate aircraft technical discrepancy information to QE IOC, Fleet Management, and QE CAMO.
• Coordinate maintenance support with contracted and non-contracted MROs to ensure airworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft technical defects across the Qatar Executive commercial fleet to improve dispatch reliability
• Support 24x7 MOCC operations on a shift basis and report to the QE MOCC Lead Engineer

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with QE Continued Maintenance Organization Exposition requirements
• Liaise with Supply Chain to arrange parts and materials required for rectification of defects away from base
