Raffles & Fairmont Doha is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, fun and luxurious experience for families. You will supervise children, organize engaging activities and communicate effectively with parents to ensure memorable moments in a premium setting.

Ideal candidates bring childcare or hospitality experience, a related diploma, strong English, and a professional, service-oriented demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in childcare, Kids Club, recreation or hospitality is preferred.
• Diploma or certification in related field is an advantage.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• First Aid/CPR certification is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and supervise children and families in a safe, engaging way.
• Organize age-appropriate games, crafts, storytelling and activities.
• Communicate with parents about activities, needs and concerns.
• Follow safeguarding, health, hygiene and emergency procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe Kids Club environment and equipment.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures accurately.
• Support events and family programs, coordinate with hotel teams.
