Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Train and manage staff to meet high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and retain regular customers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department heads to foster positive culture and communication.
