Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE is seeking a Hotel Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar to oversee all hotel departments and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and at least 5 years of hotel management experience, with strong English communication and leadership. Salary is 1400$ per month, with health insurance, vacation time, and career development opportunities. Freshers meeting requirements are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven team management.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Hire, train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and partners for smooth operations.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
