Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or Indian languages preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and overall profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and address any complaints or concerns promptly.
• Work closely with the Indian community in Doha to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the hotel to potential customers.
• Participate in revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
