The Ned Doha is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our facilities team in Doha. You will oversee DOE/PR diaries, compile reports, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining records and ensuring smooth engineering operations in our luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering or facilities coordinator role in luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage DOE and PR diary.
• Prepare, edit and issue reports and presentations.
• Process invoices with approvals.
• Arrange meetings and take minutes.
• Transcribes reports and memos as required.
• Coordinate daily office activities and communications.
• Monitor hotel systems performance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Assist procurement of engineering supplies.
• Maintain maintenance logs and repair histories.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
