Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years electrical maintenance experience.
• Able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all M&E and HVAC equipment with emphasis on health and safety.
• Repair and service mechanical and electrical systems to keep hotel running safely.
• Inspect distribution systems and lighting; fix faults quickly.
• Assist with emergency services, e.g. fire alarms, standby power.
• Read and interpret wiring plans; ensure conformance to codes.
• Use power tools, measuring devices, oscilloscopes, meters and testing equipment.
