Job summary

The Ned Doha, a landmark luxury hotel housed in Doha’s iconic former Ministry of Interior building, is seeking a confident Duty Manager to lead on the floor and ensure seamless operations. You will be the main on-shift contact for guests and staff, upholding the highest standards of luxury service.

• Experience as Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a guest-first mindset.
• Calm, professional problem solver able to handle VIP requests and complaints.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate between departments.
• Act as Manager on Duty and respond to guest concerns and operational issues.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Support Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B and other teams as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence in guest areas to ensure service excellence.
