Job summary

Label is seeking a Digital Media Content Creation & Brand Communications Specialist to support daily marketing, content, PR, and brand communications workflows in a luxury retail context. The role requires strong skills in Canva, Cap Cut, and AI tools, with a focus on premium brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital media, content creation, social media, marketing, or brand communications.
• Proficient with Canva and CapCut.
• Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Lightroom/Premiere Pro) preferred.
• Experience using AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Strong visual taste and understanding of luxury branding.
• Ability to create reels, stories, posts, presentations, mockups, and campaign visuals independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in fashion or luxury lifestyle brands preferred.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Create and edit reels, stories, posts, posters, campaigns, and digital content.
• Prepare content calendars and organize content references.
• Coordinate photography and videography with models, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
• Prepare presentations for launches, collaborations, expansion, and brand proposals.
• Create mockups for stationery, signage, branding materials.
• Liaise with influencers, media agencies, designers, and perfume brands.
• Support PR outreach, event planning, and collaboration opportunities.
• Collect updated content from designers and brands.
• Coordinate with suppliers for printing, signage, interiors, and brand materials.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Maintain brand consistency and organized creative assets.
