India Abroad is seeking an Executive Chef for a luxury resort in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. You will lead culinary operations, manage a team of chefs, develop menus, and ensure top-quality dishes and service for our guests.

The ideal candidate has proven executive chef experience in a luxury setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication to train staff and coordinate with other departments. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with other departments.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Create and develop menus that are in line with the resort's concept and brand
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, using fresh ingredients and proper cooking techniques
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control for the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all food-related services at the resort
• Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to menus or operations to ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu development
