Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major.
• 2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
• Willingness to train staff in emergency procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security/loss prevention operations.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments and OSHA/SAFETY audits.
• Develop shutdown procedures to secure all areas.
• Oversee CCTV, alarmed doors and duress alarms; ensure functioning equipment.
• Respond to incidents; lead investigations and improvements.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety regulations and monitor risk.
