Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Quality Lead for an LNG project in Qatar. The role focuses on implementing and supervising the quality management program during CRA spool fabrication and jackets/topsides installation, ensuring compliance with project specs and industry standards.

You will lead QA/QC activities, manage deficiencies and NCRs, deliver quality reports, and drive safety walkthroughs while coordinating with yard teams and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
• 8 years of experience in Quality in Oil & Gas with 1 year in supervision.
• Experience with Oil & Gas contractors or service companies.
• Proven knowledge of quality systems and industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the LNG project's quality management programme.
• Supervise QA/QC activities during fabrication of CRA spools and installation.
• Manage Deficiency & NCR processes and ensure compliance with specs.
• Deliver quality reporting and communicate trends to leadership.
• Lead offshore QA/QC team including inspectors and NDE personnel.
• Coordinate interfaces with Yard Fabrication to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain QMS oversight of contractor activities and lessons learned.
• Participate in the safety program and site safety walks.
