Job summary

Fusion Group Holding is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator in Doha, Qatar, to coordinate learning and development activities, vocational training programs, and trainee assessments. The role interfaces with internal departments and external partners to support workforce development and ensure policy and quality compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate training schedules, maintain records, and support program evaluation to drive continuous improvement and effective learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, business, learning & development or a related field.
• Professional certification in Learning & Development is preferred.
• Marketing certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and selection of training candidates and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for trainees during vocational training.
• Maintain training records, documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, ISO and ISMS requirements.
