Link X Talent is seeking a Video Producer to lead the company’s video content strategy across digital and social channels. You will personally shoot when needed and guide a creative team through concept, filming, editing and publishing.

You will manage end-to-end production, direct editors and designers, and ensure all deliverables reflect the brand. Strong storytelling, planning and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in videography and editing.
• Hands-on videography with professional cameras and gear.
• Experience leading a creative/video production team.
• Strong lighting, composition and sound knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video strategies for social media and digital platforms.
• Handle videography, filming, lighting, framing and audio when needed.
• Edit high-quality videos for social, campaigns and events.
• Manage the full video production process from concept to delivery.
• Lead editors, videographers, designers and other creatives.
• Coordinate with marketing to align content with campaigns.
• Review and give feedback on team work and direction.
• Stay updated on video trends and best practices.
• Monitor performance and apply insights to future content.
