Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage and product recordings into launch films, social content, and ads that grab attention and tell the Base360 story.

This hands-on role requires storytelling, pacing, sound, and motion skills. You will shape concepts, find strong hooks, and drive videos through to final cut while maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, and visual taste.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro with motion design in After Effects.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and sustain attention.
• Ability to turn long recordings into concise, compelling stories.
• Understanding of how music, silence, sound effects, and pacing shape emotion.

Responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films with storytelling and strong visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce short-form videos for social platforms with hooks and pacing.
• Build paid ad creatives with varied openings, messaging, and CTAs.
• Bring the product to life with screen recordings, motion graphics, and clear visuals.
• Own post-production: selection, editing, color grading, sound, captions, exports.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, voiceovers, and assets when helpful.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats.
