Job summary

Link X Talent is seeking a Content Manager to lead graphic design, video content, and social media across our brand. You will guide designers and editors, develop creative concepts, and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the field, hands-on design and video editing skills, and a proven portfolio. Arabic and English fluency are required, with ability to coordinate with external partners and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience managing graphic designers and video editors.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – Arabic is mandatory.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video, branding, and social media content.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide graphic designers and video editors, allocating tasks and monitoring delivery.
• Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and brand communications.
• Oversee the production of graphics, videos, reels, animations, and other visual content.
• Manage the company’s social media content and creative direction, ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Work closely with marketing and business teams to translate campaigns and ideas into engaging creative content.
• Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and creative plans for social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, visual trends, content formats, and emerging creative tools.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, or other creative partners when required.
