Job summary

Snoonu in Doha seeks a Producer to drive our visual identity across photo, video, and social content. You will lead a talented team of creators, own the production pipeline from concept to final edit, and ensure output aligns with our brand.

You will direct shoots, develop treatments, shot lists, and oversee post-production while mentoring Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in creative production are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, content production, or production management.
• Strong portfolio across commercial campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience directing photo and video shoots, including pre-production and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of photo, video, and social-first content.
• Mentor Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator.
• Own the production pipeline: planning, scheduling, budgets, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social Media, PR, and Events teams.
