Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to manage daily activities of ironworkers, riggers, fitters, and welders. You will review structural shop drawings, bolt/weld specs, and crane lift plans to sequence column and beam setting, decking, and secondary steel installation.

You will lead safety briefings, perform JSAs, ensure OSHA compliance, inspect equipment, and document progress with daily reports and RFIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structural steel erection and ironworking.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Construction, Certified Rigger/Signalperson, and First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Sequence column/beam setting, metal decking, and secondary steel installation.
• Lead daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and toolbox talks.
• Verify structural line, level, plumb, and elevation tolerances; inspect bolt tensioning and field welding quality.
• Manage material offloading, staging, crane positioning; complete progress reports, headcount logs, and RFIs.
