Job summary

Habitas Ras Abrouq is seeking a Spa Therapist Team Leader to deliver exceptional spa experiences while leading and supporting the therapist team. This role ensures high standards of treatment, hygiene, and guest care across daily operations at the luxury resort.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of professional spa experience, leadership capabilities, and fluent English, with additional languages considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional Spa Therapist experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium wellness environments.
• Experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, Lead Therapist, or Team Leader is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, facials and wellness therapies.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments with consistency and high standards.
• Lead and coach the Spa Therapist team, conduct briefings, and schedule coverage.
• Oversee spa operations, treatment rooms, and safety hygiene standards.
• Support guest consultations, tailor experiences, and upsell thoughtfully.
• Maintain guest records and collaborate with other departments for a seamless journey.
• Monitor quality and provide feedback to ensure service excellence.
