Job summary

Our Habitas Ras Abrouq is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, villas, and public areas.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will supervise the team, allocate assignments, conduct inspections, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a remote luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or senior role at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and guest service principles.
• Experience supervising housekeeping teams and coordinating daily room assignments.
• Proactive in maintaining cleanliness, presentation and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and activities.
• Allocate room and public area assignments and ensure efficient workflow.
• Inspect guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, arrivals, and VIP guests.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals safely.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to maintain high performance.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new housekeeping colleagues.
