Job summary

Barjous Architects in Doha, Qatar seeks a qualified Site Engineer to join its supervision team. You will manage daily site activities, ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of site experience, with preference for candidates based in Qatar holding QID and UPDA license; GCC experience is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of site engineering experience.
• Based in Qatar with valid QID and UPDA license preferred; Jordan applicants welcome.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent coordination and communication in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requests.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the architectural, interior, structural and MEP teams to ensure consistency and on-site feasibility.
