Job summary

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Lead Process Improvement Engineer to join a premier Facilities Management operation in Qatar. You will lead process improvement initiatives across FM operations and develop standardised processes.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma certification, strong RCA and KPI/SLA analysis, and excellent stakeholder management. GCC/Qatar experience is a plus and you will work with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimisation and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma certification/experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Facilities Management or similar operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across FM operations.
• Review workflows to identify efficiency and performance gaps.
• Analyse SLAs, KPIs and performance data to drive improvements.
• Develop standardised processes and best practices.
• Prepare reports for senior management and track action outcomes.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Process Improvement Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management operation in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across FM operations
• Review existing workflows and identify efficiency and performance gaps
• Analyse SLAs, KPIs and operational performance data
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective/improvement actions
• Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Develop and standardise processes, procedures and best practices
• Support operational audits and performance reviews
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and track improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence or continuous improvement
• Lean Six Sigma certification/experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of RCA, process mapping, KPI/SLA analysis and performance improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience within Facilities Management, O&M, engineering or a similar operational environment is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• GCC/Qatar experience would be an advantage
