The role sits in HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital, supporting the HRBI team with data integration, AI insights, and scalable analytics across the global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, stats, CS, engineering or economics.
• 4+ years with large-scale datasets and data visualization.
• Proficient in SQL to write, read, and optimize queries.
• Strong Power BI or Tableau visualization skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into storytelling for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supercharge HR decision-making with dashboards and deep-dive analytics.
• Centralize HR data across functions into our Data Warehouse.
• Work with massive datasets to uncover trends in hiring, attrition, mobility and more.
• Shape People Analytics with AI-driven insights, forecasting and automation.
• Be a trusted advisor delivering insights that influence workforce strategies.
