- Proven track record in offshore installation engineering and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction, heavy lifting, and marine operations.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary, multicultural project environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead offshore installation planning, preparation, and execution across all project phases.
- Develop installation methodologies, work packs, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and marine contractors for safe, compliant delivery.
- Monitor progress, allocate resources, and manage vessel mobilization/demobilization.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.
