NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for an offshore brownfield project in Qatar. The role oversees site construction, coordinating contractors and workforces to deliver on schedule while ensuring safety and quality across installation, testing and handover activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven offshore supervision experience, with strong knowledge of JSA, HSE, and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong offshore oil & gas construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of HSE, JSA, and EPC project execution.

Aufgaben

• Supervise offshore brownfield construction activities and ensure compliance with project specs and procedures.
• Manage contractors and site workforce to meet milestones safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead HSE initiatives, toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, and construction teams to resolve issues.
• Support project completion, acceptance, and handover activities.
