Qualifications

• Technical/University degree or qualifying experience.
• High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years in Field Services or power generation maintenance will be considered.
• Level III training completion is required.
• Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and perform alignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities and resources.
• On-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and provide technical guidance at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
• Coach and mentor team members to share field engineering knowledge.
