Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to lead the functional design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects in Qatar. You will run workshops, gather requirements, and configure Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and more.

You will prepare design documents, manage integrations, perform fit-gap analyses, and support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business or related field.
• 9–12 years ERP consulting experience with at least 5+ years in D365 F&O.
• MB-300 and MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience across multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills.
• Solid understanding of system integration, reporting and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O Finance solutions.
• Conduct business process workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents and process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations and reports.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.
• Support data migration, SIT/UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
