Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar is seeking a D365 CE Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.

You will build plugins, PCF controls, and model-driven apps, integrate external systems via REST/Web APIs and Azure, and collaborate with stakeholders through the project lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree and PL-400 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft PL-400 certification is mandatory.
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and business process automations using C# and .NET.
• Build and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
• Configure business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles within D365 CE.
• Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations aligned with best practices.
• Support data migration activities and deployment processes across environments.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
