Job summary

Talent Leaders Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP leader to own and optimise the group’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape in Doha, Qatar.

You will drive end-to-end implementation, governance, upgrades and support to ensure finance, procurement, inventory, HR and operations run on a stable platform. You will lead multi-entity ERP projects, manage vendors and partners, and design processes with strong data governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 6+ years of ERP experience, with substantial hands‑on work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Business Central or Customer Engagement)
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English
• Proven experience delivering multi‑entity ERP implementations or large upgrades
• Solid understanding of finance, procurement, inventory and HR processes
• Experience managing teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Manage Dynamics 365 environment end to end including roadmap, configuration, upgrades and support.
• Lead ERP implementation and rollout projects across group entities
• Translate process needs into system solutions with business owners
• Oversee integrations with third‑party and legacy systems
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and licensing
• Set up governance for data quality, security, access control and change management
• Lead ERP team and coordinate user training and adoption
• Deliver reporting and dashboards for management decision‑making
