The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, has 5+ years of PM experience, and is proficient in Primavera or MS Project, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, progress reports, etc.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
