Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with various teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee all aspects of safety on site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage project budgets and expenses.
